This morning I started making breakfast and decided to make our banana pancakes (see previous post for recipe) but I started improvising and came out with a batter that was just too runny. So I added some oats, greased up a pan and tossed them in the oven.
Here’s what you’ll need for these yummy oatmeal squares:
- Two ripe bananas
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp of almond butter
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 1/2 cup of oats
Really easy! Mix all ingredients, grease or line your muffin pans, and drop about 2 tablespoons of batter per muffin. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes and voila! These turned out so so good!
