2 Ingredient Banana Pancakes

This recipe is so easy and so delicious! Probably on of my favorite pancake recipes.

All you need is one (or two if small) very ripe bananas, two eggs, cinnamon and vanilla (add according to desired taste). I just sprinkled some cinnamon and used a couple drops of vanilla since it’s not a huge batter.

In one bowl mash up your bananas and in another scramble your eggs. Then mix both together and add cinnamon and vanillas.

Heat up your pan on medium heat and spray with non-stick spray. Drop in the batter and let cook for 3-4 minutes on each side. They are so yummy! Emma kept asking for more, oh and the ripe bananas make it so sweet that no syrup is needed!
