Weekends never seem to be long enough, we’re always on the go! And for some reason, there just isn’t a lot of cooking happening on Sundays. For the most part, Jay and I kind of just eat leftovers and we whip up something easy and quick for Emma.
Tonight I made Emma almond butter + strawberry jam rounds with a side of watermelon (they’re BOGO at Publix right now) and some cheese crackers. I had never used almond butter before but saw my friend Melissa suggest Barney Butter by Barney & Co. and omg she was right, so delish! So dinner is served, bath and bedtime is up next, then momma can sit back at watch housewives 😉
