Stuffed French Toast

I saw a recipe for french toast stuffed with peanut butter and bananas that looked soo yummy. We don’t have any ripe bananas right now so I improvised a bit and it was delicious, I’m sure it would be just as yummy with the bananas.

First scramble an egg and add cinnamon and a couple drops of vanilla extract. Take a slice of bread and spread some peanut butter and top with raisins (or bananas) and cover it with another slice of bread to make a sandwhich. I then cut the peanut butter and raisin sandwhich into strips. Dip the strips into the egg and transfer it to an already heated and greased pan. Let the strips cook about 3-4 minutes on each side. Finally, enjoy! This is a meal that’s great for both toddlers and adults, so so good!IMG_20150318_093946 IMG_20150318_093750 IMG_20150318_093223
